Very varied album. Some songs are rousing, peppy, almost rocking. Other songs contemplative, thoughtful, almost sad. And then there is e.g. a latin-like song in three-four time or something in a soulful regge swag. And in all a little story from Melanie’s life. So much to discover. I think it’s great!
Sehr abwechslungsreiches Album. Manche Songs sind mitreißend, schwungvoll, ja fast rockig. Andere Lieder besinnlich, nachdenklich, bis fast schon traurig. Und dann gibt es z.B. noch einen Latin Song im dreivierteltakt, etwas in souligem regge swag und in allem ein kleine Geschichte aus Melanies Leben. Ganz viel zu entdecken. Ich findes es großartig!
